One of my goals and prayers over the past several years has been to move Fashion & Compassion to a place where it is sustainable without my daily leadership. In the past 6 months, God has made it clear to me that it is time for me to step into a different role. What’s amazing is that while the Lord was preparing me to leave, He has been preparing a new leader to step in - His timing, as always, is impeccable!
God’s timing in His provision of this new Executive Director has provided me with deep comfort and assurance of God’s continued provision for F&C and more importantly, of His love and care for the vulnerable women we serve who are striving to transform their lives. I will continue to be a part of the F&C family by serving on our Board of Directors, working with the women in the jewelry projects, being an ambassador, and supporting the ministry.
Fashion & Compassion’s new Executive Director is Beth Bell. Beth is a proven ministry leader who is passionate about her faith in Christ. She has extensive leadership and ministry experience; she’s overseen several transitions and has 10 years of experience in jewelry design and merchandising. God is going to use her unique combination of gifts and skills to expand and grow the impact of Fashion & Compassion into the future and I couldn’t be more thrilled!
Here's a very short message from Beth & I:
God continues to open up doors for F&C. This week Beth and I met with the US Probation Office to discuss a new program where women transitioning from incarceration can be referred by their probation officers to an F&C jewelry project. The Officers are thrilled about the innovative re-entry opportunity F&C can offer female offenders. In fact, they expect to inundate us with new referrals!
YOU can help change the trajectory of formerly incarcerated women as they transform their lives to become productive citizens rather than repeat offenders through your gift today. Donate $30 monthly or one-time to support a woman’s transition today!

Fashion and Compassion is such an amazing and worthy organization. I enjoy sharing its story whenever and wherever I have the opportunity. Michele has done incredible things in starting this empowering business (with wonderful Celeste) and I know Beth will continue in the same vein. Two intelligent, energetic, capable, devoted and faithful women. As Michele said, “God’s timing is always perfect”. Praying for you both in your new endeavors!

Welcome Beth! I’ve just learned of F & C and the ministry. I ordered and just received my bracelet and it is uniquely beautiful, like the hands that made it. I chose STRONG for my bracelet because I’m on a faith journey with a rare, malignant brain cancer. My strength comes from the Lord and wearing my bracelet will help share His glory story. I’d love one that says MIRACLE too! God bless this ministry and the women it serves.
